Privacy Policy

Ennakko calculates your cycle forecast on your phone. This document names exactly what sits on the device, what leaves it and who sees that.

In short

Period dates, your check-ins and everything the forecast is calculated from sit on the device. We do not see them.

One thing leaves the device — the email you sign in with. It is there so the app can recognise you on a new phone.

This build has no server. The email is not sent anywhere, nobody checks the confirmation code and payment is not connected. When that changes, this document changes with it.

What sits on the device

This is the data the app stores locally. It is sent neither to us nor to anyone else.

• Period dates — what the forecast is calculated from
• The cycle length you named, while there are still too few dates of your own
• Wellbeing check-ins: bleeding, body, focus, mood, sleep
• Cycle specifics, if you entered them: irregular cycle, PCOS, perimenopause, hormonal contraception
• Your name — optional, only so the app can address you
• Settings: language, start of the week, notifications, which calendars to show
• Your “matched / did not match” answers about the accuracy of the forecast

What leaves the device

The account email — and nothing else. It is how the system recognises you if you change phone.

If you sign in through Apple we do not receive the email at all: Apple passes on only an anonymised identifier.

This build has no server. The email is not sent anywhere, nobody checks the confirmation code and payment is not connected. When that changes, this document changes with it.

Calendar

If you allowed access, the app reads the times and titles of events so it can show the meetings that fall on an energy dip. We never write to your calendar.

Events are read on the device and sent nowhere. You choose which calendars to show yourself — Profile → “Calendar events”. You can withdraw the permission in your phone settings at any moment.

Notifications

Reminders are assembled on the device from the same dates as the forecast. We see neither their text nor their timing — the app has no server that could send them.

What we do not do

• We do not sell data
• We do not pass it to advertisers
• We do not train any models on it
• We do not show ads
• We do not embed third-party counters or trackers

Why you can check this

The app carries no advertising libraries and no analytics — no third-party body of code that would collect data. You can see it in the App Privacy labels on Ennakko’s App Store page: they read “Data Not Collected”.

Taking it away, or erasing it

“Save my data” in Profile assembles a file of your dates and check-ins. The file is created on the device with no network involved and can be carried back onto another phone.

“Delete all data” erases everything from the device immediately, with no recovery period. The email you were recognised by goes with it.

How long it is kept

For as long as the app is on the phone. The data lives in the app’s own storage, so deleting the app erases it along with it.

Age

Ennakko is intended for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data where we know the user is younger.

Your rights

European law gives you several rights over your own data: to find out what is stored about you, to take it away as a file, to correct a mistake and to demand deletion.

The first three are covered by the app itself — “Your data”, “Save my data”, “Delete all data”. If a question is left that the app could not settle, write to support@olenadesign.com.

Changes

The moment the app starts asking for something new, this document changes with it and the date at the top is updated. We will announce anything substantial in the app, under “What’s new”.

Who is responsible for the data

The app is published by a private individual. Questions about data — support@olenadesign.com: write to that address both to find out what is stored about you and to ask for it to be erased.

Ennakko рахує прогноз циклу на твоєму телефоні. Цей документ називає, що саме лежить на пристрої, що з нього йде і хто це бачить.

Коротко

Дати менструацій, відмітки й усе, з чого рахується прогноз, лежать на пристрої. Ми їх не бачимо.

З пристрою йде одна річ — пошта, якою ти входиш. Вона потрібна, щоб упізнати тебе на новому телефоні.

У цій збірці сервера немає. Пошта нікуди не надсилається, код підтвердження ніхто не перевіряє, оплата не підключена. Коли це зміниться, документ зміниться разом із ним.

Що лежить на пристрої

Це дані, які застосунок зберігає локально. Вони не надсилаються ні нам, ні комусь іще.

• Дати менструацій — те, з чого рахується прогноз
• Названа тобою тривалість циклу, поки своїх дат ще замало
• Відмітки самопочуття: кровотеча, тіло, фокус, настрій, сон
• Особливості циклу, якщо ти їх вказала: нерегулярний цикл, СПКЯ, перименопауза, гормональна контрацепція
• Ім'я — необов'язкове, лише для звертання
• Налаштування: мова, початок тижня, сповіщення, які календарі показувати
• Твої відповіді «збіглося / не збіглося» про точність прогнозу

Що йде з пристрою

Пошта акаунта — і більше нічого. За нею система впізнає тебе, якщо ти зміниш телефон.

Якщо ти входиш через Apple, пошту ми не отримуємо взагалі: Apple передає лише знеособлений ідентифікатор.

У цій збірці сервера немає. Пошта нікуди не надсилається, код підтвердження ніхто не перевіряє, оплата не підключена. Коли це зміниться, документ зміниться разом із ним.

Календар

Якщо ти дозволила доступ, застосунок читає час і назви подій, щоб показати зустрічі, які припадають на спад енергії. У календар ми не пишемо ніколи.

Події читаються на пристрої й нікуди не надсилаються. Які саме календарі показувати, ти обираєш сама — «Профіль» → «Події з календаря». Дозвіл можна забрати в налаштуваннях телефона в будь-який момент.

Сповіщення

Нагадування складаються на пристрої з тих самих дат, що й прогноз. Ми не бачимо ні їхнього тексту, ні часу — сервера, який міг би їх надіслати, у застосунку немає.

Чого ми не робимо

• Не продаємо дані
• Не передаємо їх рекламодавцям
• Не навчаємо на них жодних моделей
• Не показуємо реклами
• Не вбудовуємо сторонніх лічильників і трекерів

Чому це можна перевірити

У застосунку немає ні рекламних бібліотек, ні аналітики — жодного стороннього набору коду, який збирав би дані. Це видно в мітках «Конфіденційність застосунку» на сторінці Ennakko в App Store: там стоїть «Дані не збираються».

Забрати або стерти

«Зберегти мої дані» в «Профілі» складає файл із датами й відмітками. Файл створюється на пристрої, без мережі, і його можна перенести назад на інший телефон.

«Видалити всі дані» стирає все з пристрою миттєво, без періоду відновлення. Разом із даними зникає й пошта, за якою тебе впізнавали.

Скільки це зберігається

Доки застосунок стоїть на телефоні. Дані живуть у його власному сховищі, тож видалення застосунку стирає їх разом із ним.

Вік

Ennakko призначений для людей від 16 років. Ми не збираємо дані свідомо, якщо знаємо, що користувачка молодша.

Твої права

Європейське право дає тобі кілька прав щодо власних даних: дізнатися, що про тебе зберігають, забрати це у файлі, виправити помилку й вимагати видалення.

Перші три закриті самим застосунком — «Твої дані», «Зберегти мої дані», «Видалити всі дані». Якщо лишилося питання, з яким застосунок не впорався, напиши на support@olenadesign.com.

Зміни

Щойно застосунок почне питати щось нове, цей документ зміниться разом із ним, а дата зверху оновиться. Про суттєві зміни скажемо в застосунку, у «Що нового».
