Ennakko works out when your energy dips and shows them next to the events in your calendar. Here is how to get help and answers to what gets asked most.

What the subscription gets you right now
Nothing yet: the forecast, the analytics, the report, calendar events and the Blog are open to everyone. The line between free and paid comes later and until then a subscription supports the work rather than unlocking it.
We say the same on the Subscription screen in the app. Promising more than the app does is not a trade we are willing to make.
Plans and the trial
- Monthly or yearly — a subscription that renews itself.
- Lifetime — a single payment with no renewal.
- The first 14 days of a subscription are free. The one-time purchase has no trial: it is a single payment anyway.
How to cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your device: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ennakko. Cancelling and changing plan both live there.
Cancel any time before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
I paid but nothing unlocked
Tap “Restore purchases” on Profile → Subscription. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you paid with.
If that does not help, write to us and we will sort it out.
Where my data is stored
On your device. Ennakko has no server, needs no account to work and lets you skip the sign-up during onboarding.
Which means deleting the app erases the data with it: no cloud copy exists. You can take it with you as a file — Profile → “Save my data”.

An iPhone running iOS 18 or later.
Ennakko is not a doctor
The forecast is statistics drawn from your own dates, not a medical opinion. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe treatment and is no use as contraception. If something worries you, see a doctor.

Що дає підписка просто зараз
Поки що нічого не відмикає: прогноз, аналітика, звіт, події з календаря й «Блог» доступні всім. Межа безкоштовного й платного з'явиться пізніше, і доти підписка — це підтримка розробки, а не доступ.
Ми пишемо це й на екрані «Підписка» в застосунку. Обіцяти більше, ніж застосунок робить, — не той обмін, на який ми згодні.
Тарифи й тріал
- Місяць або рік — підписка, що поновлюється сама.
- Назавжди — одна оплата без поновлення.
- Перші 14 днів підписки безкоштовні. Разова покупка тріалу не має: вона й так одноразова.
Як скасувати підписку
Підписками керує Apple, не ми. На пристрої: «Налаштування» → твоє ім'я → «Підписки» → Ennakko. Там і скасування, і зміна тарифу.
Скасувати до кінця тріалу можна будь-коли, і гроші не спишуться.
Заплатила, але доступ не з'явився
Натисни «Відновити покупки» на екрані «Профіль» → «Підписка». Переконайся, що ввійшла в App Store тим самим Apple ID, яким платила.
Якщо не допомогло — напиши нам, і ми розберемось.
Де зберігаються мої дані
На твоєму пристрої. Сервера в Ennakko немає, акаунт для роботи не потрібен, реєстрацію в онбордингу можна пропустити.
Через це видалення застосунку стирає дані разом із ним: хмарної копії не існує. Забрати їх із собою можна файлом — «Профіль» → «Зберегти мої дані».

Ennakko не лікар
Прогноз — це статистика за твоїми ж датами, а не медичний висновок. Він не діагностує, не призначає лікування й не годиться як засіб контрацепції. З тривожними змінами йди до лікарки.
