Terms of Use

Ennakko shows your cycle forecast next to your calendar. This page says what the app is, what it is not and what we agree on.

The main thing about this app

The forecast is a guide, not a guarantee. It is calculated from the dates you entered — the less data there is, the wider the window. The app states its own accuracy plainly and does not pretend to know more.

Ennakko does not diagnose and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Do not make medical decisions on the strength of it and do not put off seeking help because of it.

The app is not intended to prevent pregnancy. It does not calculate fertile windows and is no use as a method of contraception.

Your account

To use the app you need a confirmed email address or a sign-in through Apple. Keep access to that mailbox: it is what brings your history back on a new phone.

This build has no server. The email is not sent anywhere, nobody checks the confirmation code and payment is not connected. When that changes, this document changes with it.

Subscription

A subscription opens the whole app rather than particular features. The first 14 days are free and you can cancel at any time.

Once payment is live, subscriptions will be taken through the App Store and managing one — renewing, changing plan or cancelling — will happen there too, in your Apple ID settings. Apple takes the money, not us. Refunds are handled by Apple too, under its own rules.

The price shown in the app is the price at the moment it is shown. If it ever changes we will say so in advance and the change will not touch a period you have already paid for.

What we ask of you

The limits of our liability

The app works as it is. We do not promise the forecast will come true: it is calculated from dates and a body is under no obligation to keep to them — which is exactly why the app shows a level of accuracy rather than a single date.

We are not liable for decisions taken on the strength of a forecast, or for the consequences of plans moved or not moved. This does not remove our liability where the law does not allow it to be removed.

If you decide to leave

You can delete your data at any time — Profile → “Your data” → “Delete all data”. Deletion is immediate and complete.

We may close off access if the app is used to harm others or to bypass payment. That does not touch the data on your device — it stays yours and you can still take it away as a file.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change along with the app. The date at the top shows when that last happened; we will announce anything substantial in the app, under “What’s new”.

Nothing in these terms narrows the protection the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer and nothing in them could.

Головне про застосунок

Прогноз — орієнтир, а не гарантія. Він рахується з дат, які ти ввела, і чим менше даних, тим ширше вікно. Застосунок називає свою точність прямо й не вдає, що знає більше.

Ennakko не ставить діагнозів і не замінює візит до лікарки. Не приймай на його підставі медичних рішень і не відкладай через нього звернення по допомогу.

Застосунок не призначений для запобігання вагітності. Він не рахує фертильних вікон і не годиться як метод контрацепції.

Акаунт

Щоб користуватися застосунком, потрібна підтверджена пошта або вхід через Apple. Тримай доступ до своєї пошти: саме за нею історія повертається на новий телефон.

У цій збірці сервера немає. Пошта нікуди не надсилається, код підтвердження ніхто не перевіряє, оплата не підключена. Коли це зміниться, документ зміниться разом із ним.

Підписка

Підписка відкриває застосунок цілком, а не окремі функції. Перші 14 днів безкоштовні, і скасувати можна будь-коли.

Коли оплата запрацює, підписка оформлятиметься через App Store, і керувати нею — продовжити, змінити тариф чи скасувати — можна буде там же, у налаштуваннях Apple ID. Гроші списує Apple, а не ми, і повернення теж розглядає Apple за своїми правилами.

Ціна, показана в застосунку, — чинна на момент показу. Якщо вона колись зміниться, ми скажемо про це заздалегідь, і зміна не торкнеться вже оплаченого періоду.

Межі нашої відповідальності

Застосунок працює так, як є. Ми не обіцяємо, що прогноз справдиться: він рахується з дат, а тіло не зобов'язане їх дотримуватись — і саме тому застосунок показує рівень точності, а не одну дату.

Ми не відповідаємо за рішення, ухвалені на підставі прогнозу, і за наслідки перенесених чи не перенесених справ. Це не знімає з нас відповідальності там, де закон її зняти не дозволяє.

Якщо ти вирішиш піти

Видалити дані можна будь-коли — «Профіль» → «Твої дані» → «Видалити всі дані». Видалення миттєве й повне.

Ми можемо закрити доступ, якщо застосунок використовують для шкоди іншим або для обходу оплати. Дані на пристрої це не чіпає — вони лишаються твоїми, і забрати їх файлом можна далі.

Зміни умов

Умови можуть змінитися разом із застосунком. Дата зверху показує, коли це сталося востаннє; про суттєві зміни скажемо в застосунку, у «Що нового».
